A video is worth a million words. For all those leaders who want to attract and retain the best and the brightest talent, it is critical to pay attention to the work environment. Thank you for sharing this video! I totally agree with your comments on having a great recruiting video. I also think that this video is not only enticing to potential employees, but it has a lot of GREAT ideas that employers should be considering for their businesses.

What I love about this video is that it not only shows the employee focused benefits that are available when working for Google, but it also shows the personality of the company and the people that work there. The video does a great job showing that current employees are happy with their jobs, and that Google follows up on it’s promises to employees and really looks to keep either staff engaged and feeling like part of the family.

Well done Google!

Great Video Brett, enjoyed it a lot. The concept of the video in its self was interesting. Wouldn’t that be a great additional to any business web site front page. Your own employee’s testimonial on what a great place to work for. Hmmmm… somthing to think about.
