“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson

Carol....I agree with what you've said. I'm a big believer in meditation as well. I think the point of keeping on moving is in the context of not dwelling on negative, fear based thoughts, and therefore paralyzed in inactivity....but acting (moving) in ways toward one's intention. Thanks for the comment! Much appreciated.

Balance is always a challenge. For me, I need 20-30 minutes of meditation at some point each day, to allow my brain to quiet. When I do this consistently, I find that my thoughts during my normal day tend to be less hectic, less frantic, and more focused and clear.
Never one to disagree with Einstein lightly, to keep my balance I need to stop moving!

Thank you for the reminder -- it can be easy to bend to the broadcast of fear. I am doing my best to stay positive, show up with a smile and engage in positive conversation.
